The Neshannock Township Board of Supervisors have scheduled a special meeting for the continuation of the Public Hearing held May 16, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. The continued meeting will be June 19, 2024 at 6:30 P..M. at the Neshannock Township Municipal Complex. The purpose of the public hearing held May 16, 2024 was as follows:

Request for a hearing on a Challenge to the zoning Ordinance of Neshannock Township, Lawrence County, Pennsylvania (Ordinance No. 2013-2), as amended, coupled with a curative amendment.

The property is owned by Louis and Janet K. Pomerico, with a mailing address of 1146 Chapin Road, Neshannock Twp PA 16105. The property is located at 1151 Old Pulaski Road Neshannock Twp PA 16105. Tax Parcel ID# 25-419800. The request is to use approximately 80 acres for a use as a Principal Solar Energy System.

The Neshannock Township Supervisors Special Meeting will be held at the Neshannock Township Municipal Complex, 3131 Mercer Road, Neshannock Township, Pa 16105. The supervisors regular meeting will follow at 7:00 P.M. June 19, 2024.
